Application

The machine is designed for the production of PET bottles, jars out of preforms, capacity from 0.15l to 3.0l and from 5l to 10l for use in the chemical, cosmetics and food industry.

Technical profile

The device works in an automatic cycle, with automatic preform loading and in a semi-automatic mode. The preforms are loaded into the machine. They are plastified in heating chambers by infrared rays. Once a preform in technically prepared, the product is shaped in the mould by air blowing at high pressure and a simultaneous axial stretch. Ready products are automatically collected from the machine.

Machine characteristics

The machines use a modern microcontroller facilitating a real time graphical representation of the production process and control of the operation of individual mechanisms. An LCD touch screen allows for observing and user friendly inputs of process parameters. The use of modern and reliable components from well known manufacturers provides a guarantee of cycle repeatability and reliability. The possibility of adjusting process parameters allows for the production of bottles in complex shapes.
Prepping the machine for the manufacture of a different bottle is relatively efficient and fast due to the use of an appropriate form fixing system. The possibility to programme the microcontroller with process parameters for a given product significantly reduces the time needed to commence production.
